As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of your sales territory, with a focus on expanding sustainable customer and partner relationships. In addition to actively supporting and acquiring end customers, a key focus lies in developing, qualifying, and expanding the specialist retail partner network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of the sales territory
  • Development and implementation of action plans and sales strategies
  • Support and expansion of the specialist retail partner network
  • Qualitative development of existing sales partners
  • End-customer support and acquisition of new customers
  • Contract and terms negotiations through to successful contract closure
  • Market and brand development

Your Qualifications:

  • Residence in the UAE or within the GCC region in order to actively develop and manage the market locally and maintain close customer relationships from within the region
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with specialist retail partners and sales networks, as well as proven expertise in acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships
  • Experience in conducting contract and terms negotiations
  • Experience in the foodservice or hospitality sector is required
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market potential, and customer needs
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • High willingness to travel within the sales territory
  • Confident handling of MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
